Welcome to Businessmind's Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Businessmind.org web site, which features tools for trading and communicating in a global business to business e-market (the "Service").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and browsing this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions contained
below and all applicable laws. We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You agree
to be bound by such revisions, and you should periodically revisit this page to review the then current Terms and

Acceptance of Users

The Service is only available to individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Thus, you must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Service.
Businessmind.org may, in its sole discretion, refuse the Service to anyone at any time. The Service is not available to
temporarily or indefinitely suspended Businessmind.org members.

Fees

Joining Businessmind.org and the use of the Service is free. We reserve the right to charge fees for the various level of membership to the Service upon notice to you.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties and for all hardware, software, service and other costs you
incur to trade, procure a listing from us, or access our servers. We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the Service at any time without notice. All the payments regarding the membership is non refundable.

No Liability

User acknowledges that the use of the data contained in this Site requires judgement and analysis, and User warrants and
represents to Businessmind.org that it has the necessary expertise and judgement to use the data. These pages are provided
"as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, as to the accuracy of or
non-infringement of property rights in the content, whether or not Businessmind.org has been given notice of any such defect.
The User assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy of and the use of this Site and any information that is linked to.

Businessmind.org, its directors, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable in contract or otherwise for any direct,
indirect, or consequential loss or damage of whatever nature sustained by a User or others directly or indirectly as a
result of making use of this Site and the data in it. In using this Site, Users expressly waive any and all claims that
they may have against Businessmind.org, its directors, officers, employees and suppliers arising out of such use, and agree
to indemnify Businessmind.org against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, demands, liabilities and expenses whatsover
incurred by Businessmind.org as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by a User.

Username, Password and Security

During the registration process, you will choose an Username and a Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your Username and Password, and for all activities that occur under your Username and Password.
You agree to:

- immediately notify Businessmind.org of any unauthorized use of your Username or Password or any other breach of security, and

- ensure that you properly exit the web site at the end of each session. Businessmind.org cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

User acknowledges that information contained in this site may be proprietary and confidential to Businessmind.org and its
users. User agrees that it will not disclose, indirectly or indirectly data to third parties other than as required to
carry out the purposes of this agreement.

Businessmind.org will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The complete terms of our Privacy
Policy are part of this Terms and Conditions so you should read it. Please note that when you voluntarily disclose your
information in Businessmind.org's trading areas, that information can be collected and used by others.

No endorsement

Reference to any product, process, publication, or service of any third party by trade name, trademark, manufacturer
advertisement or otherwise does not constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation of such by Businessmind.org.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Site so as to violate any law, or to misuse the proprietary information or property of others
for his or her own purposes or otherwise, and not to make postings which are threatening or defamatory or otherwise
injurious to the safety, business or reputation of others. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
User shall not do any of the following or permit any of Client's authorized users, or other third parties to do any of

mailings or postings or both, who often bear the expense. Engaging in one or more of these practices may result in termination of the User's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Businessmind.org's actions or remedies in any way with respect
to any of the foregoing activities, and Businessmind.org reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation, all rights and remedies available to it at law or in equity.

Termination

Businessmind.org may terminate a subscriber immediately without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

Businessmind.org shall not be liable to you for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualties.

Applicable Law

You agree that the laws of Thailand apply to any issue that may arise with Businessmind.org regarding this site, and to settle such dispute in the courts of Thailand.
