When most people get their first IPhone, they go through every feature possible so that they can get to know the phone intimately. Especially when the phone first came out. It was so new and exciting, that a lot of the first users would study the phone religiously. Now that you see the IPhone everywhere, there is less of a worship feeling about it. People are still impressed by the IPhone but now it has become something of a commodity. It is still special, but not quite as special as it once was before. But if you are losing that magic feeling that you once had with the IPhone, then fear not. That feeling can come back and you can be awed once again, by the discovery of certain features that you may not have known about. These features might also help you become more productive with your IPhone throughout the day.

The first feature that you may or may not have had noticed when you use the IPhone, is that when you shake it, it has the ability to erase a message, after you have just finished typing it. Sometimes when you are typing in the browser or any of the other applications that you may have to edit text in, you sometimes want a redo and say something a little bit differently. But it can be a pain, to go to the undo button in the phone. To avoid this, Apple made it so that you can just shake the phone and the undo option will pop up. All you have to do after that, is to confirm whether you want to undo the operation or not. Once you hit confirm, everything that you typed will be undone.

Another hidden feature that will help you throughout your day, is the fact that you can now install as many applications that you want. In the older versions of the IPhone, you had a set limit on how many applications you could install. Once you hit that limit, you would have to uninstall some of the application that you were not using at the moment. Ever since the phone updated to the 3.0 version, you can have as many applications as you want. This can be a good thing, or it can easily turn into a bad thing. You do not want to unnecessarily bog down your phone with a bunch of applications. But if you feel that you need this many applications to do your work, then you have the choice. Sometimes a person just wants to test as many apps as they can, then they will make the final decision on which one that they want.

The last hidden feature that we will discuss, is that you can tap your status bar to scroll to the top of whatever page you are looking at. This bit of information is a great time saver and something that you might want to do if you are looking at a very long document. So next time you have spent a long time scrolling to the bottom of the page, remember this feature to quickly get back to the top.

These are three hidden features that will help you be ore productive on your IPhone. There are many more that you can find if you look on Google. These discoveries will help you love the IPhone all over again.
